Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses located in the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Risk of Loss
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for late shipments, missing shipments, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Delivered Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, email us at hi@takereup.com within 3 days of the delivery scan so we can help.
